Services under this contract include:

Details: Control crawling insect-type pests such as ants, spiders, earwigs, silverfish, crickets, oriental cockroaches, sow bugs, and pillbugs, using a pesticide application (Bifenthrin .06%, Bifenthrin granular .02%, Fipronil .06%, or Chlorfenapyr .50%).

Treatment will be made around the exterior of the church on a monthly basis and includes spider de-webbing. Control gopher
activity in all landscaped and irrigated areas and ground squirrels in all landscaped areas. Monthly maintenance to be twice per
month. Treat for rats and house mice using 12 rodent bait stations which will be staked to the ground with bait secured inside and serviced twice per month. Lost or damaged stations will be automatically replaced for $30 each. Seal potential rodent entry points (exclusion) on a one time basis--two a/c lines at bottom of chase going up the wall and another hole at bottom of wall in same area.
